Short on time? Understaffed? Or just intimidated by the incomprehensible number of details that need attention as you prepare for your big event? From private parties and office retreats to large gatherings and multi-day events, I have the experience and organization to ensure nothing is forgotten.

I served as the inaugural event coordinator for three Women's Resource Fairs, maintaining relations with more than 150 groups while scheduling presentations and handling all other preparations for the two-day event. There, and as the event coordinator for an international geo-technical symposium in the Civil Engineering department at Northwestern University, I mastered many logistical tasks, such as arranging accomodations, transportation and catering; recruiting and coordinating volunteers and paid help; scheduling multiple and simultaneous events; and on-site event management and oversight.
